As stated above i some times write poetry, depending when the mood strikes me, The one i included above was one i gave to a friend who was having a hard time dealing with real life. But this poem is good for all friends new and old. I is my take on how a friend should be not how some are, but to really understand that you need to read my poem titled Friend or Acquaintance, if you ask nice i might send it to you.

I have been told i should try and get published and have entered some contests, but my poetry tends to be a little darker then most, not really sinister but more depressing. All my poems were wrote mainly for me and if i was depressed at the time then they are depressing, or if i was happy they are light hearted an so on. As of right now i have 19 poems wrote but the form is all mine. after i get to know you i might share some of them, but some i will never share, such as the one i read at my dads funeral that i wrote for him.

I have a 1983 honda magan that i have had custom painted using a theam from one of my poems when i get a photo of it with me in it i will post it here. I call that bike my show bike because it is not as comfy as my 1990 honda Goldwing GL1500. Mainly got the Goldwing to do lond distance tours with my dad when he was alive, since he has passed on i have not been riding as much, i think last year i only rode about ten times. I hope to ride more this year for myself and to honor the memory of my dad. Done talking about myself for now.

I was taken out of public school right before i was supossed to start high school, because i was getting in to much trouble i guess. Even though it made me that much more inclined to do "Bad Things". Now I live my life by society's definition of bad. But I never do things that would hurt others...atleast directly...Unless you count my family, because doing drugs does hurt them.....Well in other words I do my best to make people happy. Whenever i make somebody smile it makes me feel alot better. I struggle to be the best dad and husband I can be. I work IT and my social circles are small. Vegetarian. Introspective. Not cosmically aligned, but still looking. Sarcastic, but trying not to be so much of the time. Realistic, although some might see it as pessimistic.

I hate describing myself. =) I can be.. a little challenging to get to know at times. I have an off sense of humor that not everyone understands, and people easily misinterpret it. I am very loyal. I dont like to give up. I like to have down time. But I love spending time with good people. If I was stranded on an island.. I'm pretty sure I could survive it. So many woman ask, " Where are all the good men? " And then judge the book by its cover, never giving a good man with a big heart a chance... or giving themselves a chance to know a real gentleman... I am honest, I have picked partners based on looks, only to find a very ugly and cold person on the inside... not to say attraction is not an important part of a relationship. Communication, trust and attraction are important... in the long run, small thing matter the most.. devotion, honesty and knowing that your partner has your back no matter what, thats important. Getting ready to move back to Richmond to work on my new band, The Veins. I like playing guitar and trying to sing. I'm fairly introverted. I don't mind hanging out with people, but I never want to be the center of attention. I love going to concerts (Dream Theater and Trans-Siberian Orchestra being two of the most recent). I tend to always have music on when I'm doing anything around the apartment. I think I dislike the concept of a self-summary. At best, people will try to represent themselves in the most flattering way possible. At worst, a self-summary is simply a blurb, filled with lies and innuendo, and would make any advertising exec proud.

I slightly distrust the whole corporate marketing concept. Actually, I slightly distrust almost all of corporate america. I daydream about running away and joining the circus or living on a commune.
